Cloud POS Product Owner
We are seeking a passionate and driven Cloud POS Product Owner to join our team.

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for owning and driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our cloud-based POS product.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver value to our customers and drive business outcomes.


Responsibilities:


  • Define and prioritize the product backlog based on customer needs, market research, and business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate ideas, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Work closely with development teams in an agile environment to deliver highquality features and enhancements.
  • Champion a customercentric approach, focusing on outcomes rather than just features.
  • Use datadriven insights to make informed decisions and drive product improvements.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and ensuring their success with our product.

Requirements:


  • Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in the POS or technology space.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and driving business impact.
  • Experience with product development principles emphasizing outcomedriven approaches over featurecentric ones
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products that meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
