TERMS:
- Permanent, Full Time, Salaried
- 8:00 am 4:30 pm Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Friday
- Vacation entitlement: In accordance with Simson Maxwell's "Human Resources Policies & Procedures." (Vacation time cannot be taken during probationary period.)

Summary
The Project Manager will develop, coordinate, and manage the overall approach to projects, taking into account the budgetary and physical constraints of the project.

Work Duties
- Maintain Asana and Costing sheets.
- Work with sales, project/production, and supply chain to achieve the same vision for projects.
- Assign achievable to each team member with a reasonable timeframe.
- Host project Kickoff Meetings and participate in Project Progress Meetings.
- Procure project order purchasing. Process vendor invoices and issue purchase orders.
- Review and approve pricing quotes.
- Act as the liaison between internal departments and the customer.
- Function as the project document controller. Submit, review, and facilitate project files.
- Manage and maintain the working pace of the project team to ensure deadlines and goals are met.
- Schedule and conduct project runthroughs and technical reviews.
- Forecast project milestones and achieve targeted dates. Create & submit customer invoices.
- Work closely with the Director of Projects & Production Operations to oversee department schedules, quotas, and staffing requirements.
- Monitor and oversee project budgets.
- Track, document and report any major changes to projects that result in budget or schedule variances.
- Create change orders where required.
Qualifications
- PMP is an asset
- Project Management experience: 2 years
- Experience with using Microsoft NAV, MS Sharepoint, MS Business Central
- Utilization of MS Office and fluent in Excel
- Knowledge of generator mechanical or electrical system is preferred

$75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
