    * Offrir un service à la clientèle de premier ordre à nos clients par l'intermédiaire du portail, par courriel et par téléphone pour répondre à toutes les demandes dans les délais prescrits. Établir des partenariats internes et externes afin d'améliorer l'expérience client globale.* Gérer tous les problèmes et les irrégularités sur le titre avec le représentant du prêteur (prêteur, spécialiste en prêts hypothécaires, etc.).* Gérer tâches journalières conformément aux politiques et aux lignes directrices d'entreprise.* Préparer les documents applicables conformément aux exigences du programme de chaque prêteur.* Travailler avec nos clients externes, tel que des prêteurs, notaires ou courtiers hypothécaires.* Diplôme en techniques juridiques ou en administration juridique, ou expérience équivalente sera considéré un atout.* Capacité exceptionnelle à communiquer par téléphone et excellentes aptitudes pour les relations interpersonnelles.* Capacité avérée à prioriser et à résoudre des problèmes.* Grand souci du détail et capacité à gérer des priorités concurrentes dans un milieu de travail occupé.* Minutie et capacité démontrée à mener plusieurs tâches de front dans un environnement de travail dynamique.* Capacité à faire preuve de jugement pour protéger les renseignements confidentiels.* Connaissances intermédiaires de la suite Microsoft Office et de Outlook.* Nos heures d'ouverture sont de 8 h 30 à 19 h, du lundi au vendredi. Les candidats doivent faire preuve de souplesse pour effectuer un quart de travail tardif régulier (par rotation) jusqu'à 19 h.* Provide superior customer service to our clients via portal, email and phone responding to all inquiries within specified timeframes.
