Pacific Fertility is hiring a
Full-time Medical Office Assistant for a temporary maternity leave position (up to 18 months) for our
Burnaby office.

The purpose of this role is to act as a team player that identifies, fosters, and owns qualities that align with our mission, vision, and values to provide superior, personalized fertility care to our patients.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate team member.

Your expertise is unmatched, you're exceptionally organized, and detail-orientated, and you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and dive in because you love what you do.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

_ Exceptional Patient Care_

Appointment scheduling, including clinical visits, ultrasounds, lab tests, and procedures
Obtaining vital signs, including height, weight and blood pressure
Assisting physicians with minor procedures
Oneonone coordination of fertility treatments, testing, and procedures

_Technical Expertise_

Experience with EMRbased medical practice (electronic medical records)
Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, namely Word, Excel, and Outlook
Attention to detail and strong communication skills

_Interpersonal Skills & Relationship Building_

Excellent customer service skills serving patients with compassion and dedication
Team player, adept at multitasking, and also the ability to work selfsufficiently when required
Excellent English skills, both written and oral

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

Medical Office Assistant diploma/certificate from a recognized post-secondary institution
At least five (5) years of experience owning your role as a Medical Office Assistant, or related position.
Proven ability to identify and successfully realize company goals and objectives.
Demonstrate innovative and analytical abilities, leadership skills, and exceptional communication skills to deliver excellent patient care.
