Location:4950 Yonge St #33, North York, ON M2N 6K1 (Travel will be required within multiple campuses)
Report To:
Manager, Marketing Communications
Work Hours:
Part time, 20 Hours per week
Salary:
Starting $20/hour
Other Pay:
Paid Cellphone Bill; Mileage if travelling to campuses outside their "home" campus
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
The Regional Marketing Coordinator will aid in the creation and curation of content for the Marketing team.
You will be responsible for attending local events on behalf of the Marketing team, managing local swag inventory in the region for those events, administering social media contests, establishing and maintaining relationships with brand ambassadors and promoting the Advocacy Program.

Reporting to the Manager, Marketing Communications, and your responsibilities will include:
- Attend all events in your region managed by Campus Support to promote the colleges and generate leads.
- Maintain event inventory for swag for your region.
- Get a certain number of shares and impressions on their advocacy content (using Advocacy by Sprout), which will be calculated based on industry benchmarking and social reports.
- Create or curate content for Marketing collateral on both a scheduled and requested basis.
- Collect testimonial consent forms and archive them for testimonial content.
- Recruit and manage Brand Advocates and assist with tasks to run the Advocacy Program.
- Identify influencers in their community and maintain good relationships with them to generate partnerships for event and campaign promotion.
- Support the campus with partnership marketing activities with community partners by attending partner events and sharing regional events on regional social accounts.
- Support head office marketing efforts with national campaigns by promoting events and contests onground.
- Act as a liaison between the marketing team and the campuses.
- Creating and posting social media posts (as required).
- Additional tasks as needed.

- At Minimum, a college diploma in Business, English, or related field
- A minimum of 2 years' experience with social media management

- Proficient in MS Office, Internet browsers, and Internet operations
