Responsibilities:


  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and keeping customers informed about their order status.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Weston Premium Woods' product offerings to assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs.
  • Identify and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and issues in a timely and effective manner, working collaboratively with other departments when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:


  • 3 years prior experience in customer service or a related field is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • A customercentric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fastpaced work environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
