    Position Summary:

    The System Optimization and Strategic Development Intern is tasked with enhancing the operational efficiency and user experience of our e-learning environment. This role requires a strategic focus on the optimization of our Learning Management System (LMS), project management tools, and learning ecosystems. The intern will design a central, transparent project management process, aimed at increasing efficiency, eliminating redundancies, and improving project oversight. Additionally, the intern will be responsible for aligning existing technologies with our strategic goals, ensuring a seamless and engaging learning experience for our users.

    Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a thorough analysis of current project management processes and learning systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement a central project management process that enhances transparency, efficiency, and oversight.
  • Optimize the use of our LMS and other learning ecosystems to improve usability and the overall learning experience.
  • Work closely with the IT department and other stakeholders to ensure that existing applications are utilized to their fullest potential to meet identified needs.
  • Develop and maintain documentation on system optimizations and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with the e-learning development team to ensure that solutions are aligned with instructional design principles and user needs.
  • Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Business Technology, Analytics or other related programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, project management software, and other e-learning technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proven ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a willingness to innovate and adapt to changing scenarios.
