Description

The Working Lead performs specialized or heavy duty cleaning in public, patient and office areas and uses industrial cleaning equipment to maintain all flooring surfaces which includes waxing, stripping, refinishing and burnishing.

The position assists with the transport and set-up of furniture, equipment and supplies and assists in the training and orientation of new staff.

The Working Lead performs these tasks in accordance with established standards, and the Mission, Vision, Values, policies and procedures of Covenant Health.

This position is covered by the terms and conditions of the HSAA General Support Services Collective Agreement.
