Job Responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Prepare invoices, quotations, and real estate documents
  • Filing both digital and physical documents. Documents such as real estate contracts, invoices, quotations, and cheques
  • Handle phone calls and diverting the call to the right department.
  • Manage work calendars of the management team
  • Schedule and confirm appointments of the management whenever required
  • Arrange inperson meetings or video conferencing and prepare meeting minutes for the management team
  • Attend tenant queries and resolve their issues by diverting queries to the right department.
  • Answer electronic inquiries professionally
  • Get quotes from the vendors and present them to the team after analyzing them
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Maintain the record of pending invoices and follow up with the clients for the payment
  • Get legal documents signed by the clients or from the managers
  • Print, Scan, and Photocopy of the documents as advised by the management team
  • Follow up with the architectures, engineers, and consultants on behalf of the team and ensure that the given tasks are completed on time.
  • Mail out cheques or do online payment transactions on behalf of the management team
  • Stay up to date with any new regulations such as covid and health emergencies and helps to implement the protocol
  • Update Google sheets in a timely manner
  • Keep a track of office supplies and maintain the inventory
  • Perform HR duties by handling employees complaints, help in the hiring process, and train the new employees
  • Handle marketing department by managing the company's Instagram account
