    We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

    About the role


    The Manager, Hospital Contracts and Formulary is responsible for the strategic development, administration and execution of contracts with hospital customers anchored on the hospital strategic plan. This position will be responsible for developing and fostering key hospital, third party and government stakeholder relationships. This position will also lead formulary strategy and submission processes as well as liaise with hospital account teams to develop relationship with key customers. The position supports the Senior Manager, Hospital Operations & Specialized Sales with the overall hospital strategic plan.

    Your responsibilities

    • Mentor a team of Sales Detailers, fostering their skills and monitoring their performance to surmount sales targets.
    • Build impactful training programmes that sharpen your team's expertise and amplify sales detailing effectiveness.
    • Craft a collaborative culture through regular team meetings, ensuring clear priorities and shared successes.
    • Strategically analyse sales data to pinpoint opportunities, refine tactics, and drive informed decisions.
    • Participate actively in recruitment, moulding the sales detailing team's future by attracting and nurturing new talent.
    • Amalgamate detailing strategy with broader sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring cohesive brand representation

    The experience we're looking for

    • 2-3 years proposal submission experience from end to end and contract negotiations.
    • Undergraduate degree: College, university, or equivalent degree/diploma in business, health sciences, administration or related subject required.
    • Experience in the redaction of Request for Proposal, contracts and knowledge of Group Purchasing organization.
    • Experience with Government formulary programs.
    • Strong computer skills and ability to adapt to new technologies.
    • Superior collaborative teamwork skills and communication skills, written and verbal.
    • Experience working within strict regulatory, compliance & legal environments.
    • Aptitude for financial management, sales analysis and forecasting.
    • Demonstrate time management and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
    • Ability to communicate effectively (Verbal and writing) in French and English is required
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail while completing multiple tasks effectively.
    • Demonstrates partnership and works in a collaborative, positive team environment and builds strong working
