    As a Talent and Culture Advisor, you will have to:

    Inter-team collaboration

  • Work in synergy with the Talent and Culture Business Partner, support them in the deployment of HR programs (compensation exercise, workforce planning, etc.);
  • Work and collaborate, for the different processes, with all the Talent and Culture teams (Recruitment, Compensation, Training & Development, Benefits, HRIS, etc.) and internal services (IT, Finance, Office Services, Independence and others);
  • Support the different teams such as Talent Acquisition, the Training department and Team Managers in the integration of new interns and new employees in order to facilitate the transition between the different teams and ensure a maximum experience when new employees start.
  • Intervention and collaboration - Customer Service

  • Understand business realities, decode human capital needs, master Talent and Culture priorities and translate all of this into your interventions with assigned clients;
  • Lead training workshops for employees and managers in collaboration with the Talent and Culture business partner and participate in meetings with their clients;
  • Support and advise as a human resources professional with employees and managers, in collaboration with the Talent and Culture business partner (workforce planning, identification and development of talent and total compensation).
  • Organizational transformation

  • Collaborate in the implementation, deployment and application of policies, processes and programs in human resources management;
  • Conduct research, data analysis (for example: retention, employee life cycle) and work in collaboration with the Talent and Culture Business Partner in proposing recommendations;
  • Identify opportunities for improvement of procedures and policies;
  • Collaborate and participate in various projects within the Talent and Culture team.

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial relations or business administration, with a focus on human resources management;
  • Between 3 to 5 years of relevant experience;
  • CRHA or CRIA title would be an asset;
  • Good knowledge of Office suite software and HR system;
  • Bilingual French and English. English is necessary for exchanges with unilingual English-speaking clients;
  • Experience in the professional services environment, an asset;
  • Ability to apply pragmatic professional judgment when dealing with client issues;
  • Be able to manage multiple files at the same time and demonstrate good stress management in the face of multiple demands;
  • Be customer service and team work oriented;
  • Have a keen political sense and be recognized for your discretion and confidentiality.
