JOB DESCRIPTION
To fill vacancies in the crane line of progression within the department.

  • Train in all cranes within the department.
  • Fill vacancies in a crane on shift, when needed.
  • Fill entry level crane to allow senior operators to train up line.
  • When not training in or not required to operate cranes, Crane Replacement Operators will be assigned to work on the ground in their department but at no time will they move up any line beyond the entry level position.
  • Observe all safety rules.
  • Keep work areas clean.

REQUIRED

  • Education
  • Completed High school Diploma or GED
  • Experience years of Heavy Industrial or Manufacturing
  • Must be able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
  • Must have good attendance and work ethic
  • Must be physically able to perform in a labour intensive environment
