Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and promote a positive working environment, empowered team and provide leadership to ensure the highest standards are achieved.
- Monitor a portfolio of receivables, including regular review of aging and other metrics and reports. Proactively present findings, issues and recommendations to AR Manager.
- Liaises with clients to investigate and resolve client queries.
- AR Review meetings for the purpose of resolving disputes and identifying present and potential troublesome accounts.
- Completing AR account reconciliations each period.
- Collaborate in department projects and take an active role in crossfunctional teams to assist in driving improvements.
- Prepare ad hoc reports; gather applicable data.
- Maintain systems to ensure growth and efficiency in all areas of the department.
- Training department staff of current and future company policies and standards.
Requirements:
- 35+ years Accounts Receivable experience.
- Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable workflows.
- Commitment to excellent customer service.
- Ability to communicate well both written and orally.
- Experience working with Dynamics 365 is an considered an asset.
- A positive demeanor and team player, who is willing to go the extra mile.
