Job Summary:


We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Warehouse Associate to join our team at the Peterborough Cosmaroma location.

As a Retail Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and providing exceptional customer service.

Your responsibilities will include order picking, forklift driving, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring our customers receive the best service possible.

The position is available for an immediate start.


Responsibilities:

Efficiently pick customer orders from inventory and package them for shipment.

Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move and handle inventory.

Ensure accuracy in order picking and stock replenishment to maintain optimal inventory levels.

Assist in receiving incoming shipments, verifying their contents, and organizing them in the warehouse.

Keep the warehouse clean and organized, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.

Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.


Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service is essential.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in order picking processes.

Proficiency in driving and operating forklifts.

Familiarity with basic safety protocols in a warehouse environment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while handling inventory.

Ability to work effectively in a team and individually with mínimal supervision.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects, and perform manual tasks in a warehouse setting.

Flexibility in working hours and availability for immediate employment.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$18.00-$19.00 per hour
