The Opportunity:
What the role entails:
- Familiar with the eCommerce Industry.
- Minimum 4 years of customer service experience.
- Regular exposure to eCommerce related softwares (ex. ShipHero) for a minimum of 2 years.
- Learning how to use our dashboard
- Fluent with navigating the backend of eCommerce selling platforms.
- Working knowledge of the Google Workspace with the ability and managing multiple large data sheets.
- Great interpersonal skills including written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail to help in assisting clients.
- Team oriented with the ability to build strong working relationships across the organization.
Nice to have:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Working knowledge of current eCommerce/Logistics landscapes.
What you will be doing:
- Resolving inquiries for clients.
- Problem solving and working with the team to provide permanent solutions.
- Keeping tabs on your client's businesses, staying onto all promotional activities.
- Providing your clients and team with a clear snapshot of completed operational tasks.
- Keeping all documents sheets up to date with the required data.
- Collaborating and assisting the fulfillment team members when required.
What's the pay?
The annual salary is at $60,000. We're hoping to continuously grow your skills, this role, and the salary that comes with it

Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of knowledge/experience in eCommerce softwares.
- Minimum 4 years of customer service experience.
