Currently we are adding a
Merchandising Coordinator to our team.
In this role you will be:
- Coordinate Vendor Management: Sourcing and quoting for merchandising elements, in-store collateral, signage and props. Track & monitor orders, quality control & manage replenishment
- Coordinate instore marketing programs and events following the Retail Calendar for product launches, holidays, special programs & pricing updates
- Collaborate on planogram development, instore merchandising & customer insights from store teams
- Assist with the design of instore display & marketing, signage, collateral and digital merchandising assets.
- Assist with New Store Openings including store setup and merchandising and partner with store leadership to uphold and teach visual standards, including training of store staff.
- Partner with store leadership to ensure execution of standards, evaluating the impact to sellthrough and propose improvements. Conduct store walkthroughs and provide guidance and training.
- Establish merchandising and visual guiding principles

Working environment:
This is a hybrid role which will require 2 days (minimum) in-office in our Toronto Store Support Office with the balance 3 days either working from home or working within our shop locations.

- Have a minimum 2 years' experience in retail merchandising and/or retail marketing.
- Have postsecondary education in Merchandising, Fashion Retail, Architecture, Interior Design or related.
- Have a sound understanding of floor plan layouts and are able to read architectural drawings.
- Able to leverage technology, with strong MS Office. Proficiency in Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, and/or SketchUp a strong asset.
- Have exceptional organizational and followthrough skills, never missing a deadline.
- Ability to travel to our current & future store locations
