Job summary
We run a local food prep business offering fresh calorie-counted meals Our Shopify store has been worked on multiple times but still has critical ordering checkout issues.This role is for someone who understands conversion checkout flow food ordering logic not just design What you will do Full audit of the website cart checkout flow Identify fix critical errors affecting customer orders Simplify ordering experience meal selection quantities pricing clarity Ensure Prices display clearly e.g meals from £X Minimum order logic works correctly No unnecessary friction before checkout Mobile checkout works perfectly Fix delivery collection logic cut-off notices Remove simplify any confusing rules subscriptions forced bundles etc Provide a Loom video walkthrough explaining What was wrong What was fixed What NOT to touch going forward Requirements important Proven Shopify experience must show examples Experience with food prep meal delivery local services Strong understanding of conversion rate optimisation Ability to explain things clearly non-technical language Must take ownership of the entire flow not just tasks Nice to have CRO or UX background Experience improving checkout conversion Familiarity with UK food businesses To apply briefly explain how you would audit a Shopify checkouts Share 1–2 relevant Shopify examples Confirm you will provide a Loom audit vide Contract duration of 1 to 3 months with 30 hours per week Mandatory skills Conversion Rate Optimization Shopify
