The Ministry of Children and Family Development provides services that support healthy, safe environments where children are connected to their families and community.

The ministry delivers most of its services locally through contracted agencies as well as through centrally administered provincial programs.

Office Assistants provide general administrative, clerical, and program support to the work unit.


Job Requirements:


  • Secondary school graduation, or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Experience working in an office setting.
  • Postsecondary Administrative course work.
  • Experience working in a Social Services setting.
  • Experience with or training in ORCs/ARCs.
  • Experience working with ICM (Integrated Case Management) and Management Information System (MIS).

This is a full-time on-site required position.
