As our
Warehouse Coordinator,
your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage all inbound and outbound shipments and receipts of all products, materials, and supplies.
  • Inspect incoming inventory and equipment for quality before storing or redirecting to appropriate sites.
  • Collaborate and communicate with logistics, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
  • Track, trace, and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Perform periodic inventory checks to ensure the accuracy of database information and minimize the risk of inventory issues.
  • Engage with internal and external customers with a positive attitude.
  • Utilize moving equipment (i.e. forklifts, pallet jacks) to move inventory around the warehouse and shipping facility in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Provide additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments.
  • Other duties as required but not limited to:
  • Receive deliveries and unload trucks
  • sort and stock material on shelves.
  • Sorting and scanning incoming/outgoing material or tools.
  • Picking material and preparing for next day shipment(s).
  • Assist our driver(s) with unloading/loading trucks
years' experience in a warehouse environment.

  • Excellent communication both written and oral.
  • Strong sense of urgency, time management and organizational skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Forklift License required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Drivers Licence in good standing.
  • Must have own transportation.
