A focus on building something based on authentic, steeped in quality, and able to truly connect with our customers has led the team to build a sales plan that gets in touch with the roots of the industry.

We need a sales professional and leader to drive our growth by building relationships and offering solutions to local business owners in the fitness, health, wellness, and nutraceutical space.


We are seeking a sales professional who is passionate about health and wellness, thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, and has excellent territorial management skills.

This individual must have a proven track record in consumer product goods sales or direct selling to businesses such as supplement stores, brand owners, fitness, and or pharmacy chains related businesses.

Position Summary:_


As a Sales Representative in a nutraceutical manufacturing business, your primary responsibility is to generate revenue by selling nutraceutical products to potential customers.

You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Your strong interpersonal and communication skills will be essential in presenting products, addressing customer needs, and negotiating deals.

This role requires a deep understanding of the nutraceutical industry, product knowledge, and a passion for promoting health and wellness.

Primary Job Responsibilities:_


Sales and Business Development:


  • Identify and target potential customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors, within the nutraceutical industry.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, attending industry conferences, and leveraging existing contacts.
  • Present product information, features, and benefits to prospective customers, highlighting how they meet their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and pricing initiatives.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and the customer.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Customer Relationship Management:


  • Establish and nurture longterm relationships with key accounts, including regular followups, visits, and ongoing communication.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, offering insights on industry trends, new product developments, and market opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, educational presentations, and training sessions for customers and their sales teams.

Product Knowledge and Market Intelligence:


  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's product portfolio, including ingredients, formulations, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.
  • Stay updated on the latest scientific research, regulations, and certifications related to nutraceuticals.
  • Communicate product information accurately and effectively, tailoring presentations to different audiences and their specific needs.
  • Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams based on customer insights, market trends, and competitor activities.

Reporting and Documentation:


  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities using HubSpot CRM software.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommended strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, nutrition, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a sales representative or in a similar sales role within the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or health and wellness industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationshipbuilding abilities.
  • Selfmotivated and targetoriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Indepth knowledge of nutraceutical products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools and technology.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to attend industry events, meet with customers, and explore new market opportunities.
