Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Support Assistant to join our Marketing Programs and Promotions team on a part-time basis. This role primarily focuses on data entry and maintenance of our product database, as well as quality control of POS kits, signage, and promotional flyers to ensure accuracy. The successful candidate will also provide coordination and on-site assistance for summer store events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate data entry and cleaning for the product database to ensure up-to-date and error-free information.
  • Review POS kits, signage, and flyers for errors, inconsistencies, or omissions prior to distribution.
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of summer promotional events, including on-site participation as needed.
  • Support the marketing team with administrative tasks related to promotional materials and event logistics.

Qualifications

To join our team, you need:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in basic data management and familiarity with databases or spreadsheets.
  • Ability to identify errors and maintain high standards of accuracy.
  • Comfortable multitasking and participating in event coordination.
  • Previous experience in marketing support or retail environments is a plus but not required.
