This is a full time, permanent position that offers a competitive compensation package. The Blue Link staff enjoy a team oriented, hybrid work environment. Our offices are located in Vaughan, ON.Responsibilities
- Manage phone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain a professional image
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Receive visitors for meetings, answering and managing incoming calls
- Maintain filing system
- Assist with various bookkeeping/accounting functions including but not limited to, client billing, processing payments and reconciling invoices AP and AR
Competencies
- 35 years experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Post secondary education preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with multiple team members
- Attention to detail and solid problemsolving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Positive attitude and sense of humour
- Experience using Microsoft Office, Docuware
