Description

What are we looking for?

Some key responsibilities include:

Leading or managing the full recruitment process from job posting through onboarding
Proactively attract and maintain talent pools of highly qualified and diverse talent to ensure diversity, equity and inclusion.
Is an ambassador of Turner Fleischer building relationships and partnerships and developing our employee brand.
Providing an efficient recruitment process managing all applicants and coordinating with hiring Managers through BambooHR.
Managing new hire onboarding in collaboration with other operational teams to ensure a positive studio experience.
Analyzing People + Culture KPIs such as timetohire, turnover, etc., to improve recruitment and retention metrics.
Supporting the Director of People + Culture on other special projects / talent retention initiatives.
You have:_
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent discipline.
35 years talent acquisition experience in a highgrowth organization, preferably within a professional services firm.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, multitasking, and prioritizing.
The ability to effectively communicate and build relationships.
You are:_
Experienced in leveraging LinkedIn and Bamboo HR for endtoend recruitment.
Curious and proactive in nature with a track record for producing high quality work.
