    Description

    Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technician

    We are seeking a highly skilled Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining and repairing heavy equipment, with a strong focus on safety protocols.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and repair site equipment to ensure minimal downtime.
    • Repair and service any and all equipment on site from loaders, excavators, skid steers, screening plants, grinders, pumps, generators etc.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating repairs with the site operations management team. They will also operate company's heavy equipment service truck while on the job site. Additionally they must adhere to Miller Waste System safety protocols as well as familiarize themselves with occupational Health & Safety Act.

    • Diploma or certification in Heavy Equipment Repair
    • Successful completion of apprenticeship program
    • Possession of valid G Driver's License clean record
    • Fully equipped set of mechanical tools Owned required by position
