Motel/Hotel Resident Manager

We have opening for resident Manager in our Family owned 50 unit Motel located in Medicine Hat, Alberta.

This is a live in position
- subsidized furnished accommodation( Hotel's Kitchenette suite inclusive of all utilities ) will be provided on site.

The position is suitable for people currently residing in Canada

Experience needed - Min 1 years customer service experience - Managing hotel/motel/apartment buildings will be an asset

Responsibilities include:

Provide courteous and professional guest services ,
Utilize techniques to maximize revenue and occupancy levels
Maintain order and cleanliness throughout the property and perform quality checks in the rooms
Process reservation and cancellation requestsMaintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments
Register arriving guests and assign rooms
Answer inquiries regarding hotel services and registration by letter, by telephone and in person, provide information about services available in the community and respond to guests' complaints
Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers using computerized or manual systems
Present statements of charges to departing guests and receive payment.
