Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support Co-founder with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in office software. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and customer service are paramount.

Duties
- Manage and maintain executive calendars using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace.
- Market research based on the topic given
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Provide exceptional customer service to co-founders, Friends.
- Support administrative projects as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or as a personal assistant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Outlook Calendar.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Ability to type quickly and accurately; attention to detail is essential.
- Knowledge of DocuSign is a plus. This position is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing exceptional support at the highest professional standards.

Pay: $17.00 per hour
