Crown & Birch is looking to expand our Thunder Bay team with a part-time Sales Associate and/or Social Media and Marketing Associate.

Our ideal new team member is passionate about interior spaces and stays up-to-date on current styles and trends within interior design.

As a sales associate, this person is the primary point of contact for Crown & Birch customers, providing exceptional customer service by responding to customer needs promptly and professionally.

This individual must have excellent people skills, providing helpful, 'no-pressure' help to in-store customers. In addition, you will assist managers and designers to ensure that operational tasks are successfully completed.

Daily tasks include but are not limited to:

Helping customers
Entering inventory
Placing store orders
Answering calls
Receiving deliveries
Keeping a clean and organized store environment

Marketing Tasks:

Adding to our website
Creating sale promotional material
Creating and scheduling social media posts
Photographing

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Experience in sales or customer service is a strong asset
Proficient with Google software (Gmail, Sheets, etc.)
Experience in QuickBooks is a strong asset
Extremely organized, paying close attention to detail
Strong problemsolving skills with a desire for the best customer service outcomes
Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
Knowledge of SEO is an asset
Ability to run sales on Google, Instagram and Facebook is an asset

Work Remotely

Wage will depend on experience.

Will work at both locations.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Salary:
$15.50-$20.00 per hour
