The purpose of the Customer Experience - OFS position is to manage the order process, through to fulfillment, with excellent customer service.

Developing strong relationships within our customer base is critical as this position is the primary contact for coordinating commercial, and single order processing, and is the internal channel for the customer in support of other departments:
Sales, Distribution Centers, Accounts Receivable, Warranty and Logistics. This role is responsible for providing internal and external customers with order status updates. Additionally, the position partners closely with sales for a team approach to managing the territory and/or assigned customers.

It is important that the person in this position have a keen understanding of product offerings to provide accurate information and details to customers.


Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Receive and process orders from customers.
  • Assist customers with status or updates on existing orders. Effectively manage customer expectations, ensuring that service and delivery exceeds expectations, providing timely and responsive followthrough for customers.
  • Performs followup activities on will calls, order clarification, internal order delays and other tasks as assigned, timely and consistently; documenting results, and followup actions; effectively coordinate/communicate with various internal departments to answer questions, provide clarification, or make changes to orders. Accurately maintain project files & records for accurate record keeping and follow up.

Requirements:


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bilingual English / French
  • 2+ year's customer service experience in construction related or manufacturing industry either commercial or residential
  • Knowledge of Oracle and Salesforce Software
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures

WORKING CONDITIONS
Working conditions are normal for an office environment.

The base salary for this role is between $45,000 - $55,000.
