Description
Since 1993 GAC has established itself as a leading provider of aircraft component MRO services to the aerospace industry.

We provide landing gear, air cycle machine and pneumatic valve component overhaul and loaner services to aircraft operators around the world.

GAC is currently seeking an energetic & highly motivated
Machinist and/or
Apprentice to join our growing team. If you want to be part of a dynamic, team-oriented environment, GAC is the company for you


In the role as Machinist or Apprentice you will:

  • Operate conventional Lathes, Milling Machines and Cylindrical Grinders
  • Set up jigs, fixtures or machine attachments for precision machining
  • Machine in accordance with engineering drawings and tolerances
  • Work with calculations, dimensions and tolerances using precision measuring tools
  • Work with steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass & copper beryllium.

Ideal Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in related machinist field
  • Postsecondary education and/or
    Apprenticeship Training.
  • Proven "hands on" mechanical ability.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Valid driver's license with own transportation
