Job Summary


The HR Services M&A and Integration Manager will play a critical role in supporting and leading the HR Services aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and other business integration activities.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Legal, Payroll and Finance to ensure smooth integration of acquired companies and successful implementation of HR strategies.

This is a strategic and hands-on role that requires a deep understanding of HR best practices, change management, and project management.


Responsibilities
M&A Due Diligence

  • Collaborate with the HR and payroll M&A teams to assess and evaluate potential acquisition targets from an HR perspective
  • Conduct thorough due diligence to identify risks, opportunities, and synergies related to HR Services
Integration Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR Services integration strategies and plans for acquired companies
  • Define integration objectives, timelines, and milestones
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to align HR Services strategies with business goals
Change Management

  • Lead HR Services change management initiatives to ensure smooth transition and integration of acquired companies
  • Develop communication plans, conduct employee engagement activities, and provide guidance to HR teams on managing change
HR Policy and Process Alignment

  • Working with other HR teams, assess and align HR policies, procedures, and programs across the organization
  • Identify gaps and develop integration plans to harmonize HR practices while considering legal and regulatory requirements
Benefits and Compensation Harmonization & Operationalization

  • Collaborate with Total Rewards team to align benefits and compensation programs across the organization
- and operationalize the process ensuring better employee experience

HR Systems Integration

  • Work closely with HR Systems and IT teams to integrate HR systems, data, and reporting processes
  • Ensure data accuracy, system functionality, and compliance during integration
Compliance and Legal Considerations

  • Stay updated with employment laws and regulations in relevant jurisdictions
  • Ensure compliance during the integration process and provide guidance to HR teams on legal requirements
Performance Measurement

  • Develop metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress and success of HR integration efforts
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are a plus
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in HR M&A and integration roles, preferably within a fastpaced corporate environment
  • Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations related to mergers, acquisitions, and integration
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and execute multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a datadriven mindset
  • Change management expertise, including the ability to navigate organizational complexities and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fastpaced environment, with a high degree of adaptability and resilience
