Description

The Inside Sales position will be responsible for targeted sales activities in small business accounts, dormant customer accounts as well as generating product growth in existing accounts.

The Inside Sales Representative should have a strong knowledge base of Clarion products as well as being resilient, friendly, well-spoken, and professional.

They are collaborative in nature as they will work closely with the Sales, Customer Service and Marketing teams.

They manage the best interests of both the customer and our company by creating solutions and ensuring a smooth sales process.

They provide effective and timely feedback and support to internal and external customers.


The successful applicant will:


  • Qualify leads Marketing provides by contacting customers directly to get an understanding of their current business needs
  • Call on and relationship build with dormant customer accounts that no longer purchase from Clarion Medical
  • Generate new sales of products into existing, dormant, and new small business accounts
  • Manage assigned small business account base of customers not currently ordering from Clarion or with mínimal sales activity
  • Distribute larger sales opportunities to outside Sales team
  • Call on new small business accounts
  • Utilize effective sales pitch
  • Identify the Clarion product promotions that best suit the customers' needs and win their business
  • Postsecondary Degree or Diploma and/or a minimum of 5 years work experience in a Sales, Customer Service/Marketing environment is a minimum requirement for the position
  • This position is fully bilingual, French and English, with ability to conduct business in both languages
  • Minimum 5+ years working in a strong customer care or sales environment
  • Selling into the Canadian Aesthetic healthcare industry an asset
  • Good knowledge of PC's: including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Previous CRM experience, HubSpot and/or Great Plains knowledge an asset but NOT required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, outgoing, energetic, proactive, positive and solution driven attitude with a strong sense of urgency
  • Experience working collaboratively with an outside Sales Team
  • Able to handle complaints when coming from unhappy or unpleasant customers
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are essential
