Under the supervision of the General Manager, we are currently seeking a full-time Appointment and Warranty Coordinator to join our team. This is a great opportunity to break into the car business in a family-run business with lots of opportunities for advancement.


Primary duties of the position include, but not limited to:

  • Fielding incoming service department phone calls and booking appointments, as necessary.
  • Maintaining an organized digital appointment log that maximizes the service department's efficiency.
  • Reviewing all upcoming appointments to ensure there are no conflicts.
  • Remind clients of appointments and provide rescheduling options, as necessary.
  • Contact client's awaiting special order of parts and book appointments accordingly.
  • Enter warranty claims using Subaru Canada's online system and ensure all claims are paid in a timely manner.
  • Create, schedule, and administer all internal service work orders for the dealership.
  • Numerous opportunities for advancement

Prospective applicants skills and experience:


  • Customer Service Experience Skills, at least 2 years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good listening skills with an ability to accurately transcribe client complaints/concerns.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Adept at working with various Windowsbased programs.
  • Can work independently and part of a team.
  • A basic understanding of vehicle maintenance is an asset.
  • The ability to speak multiple languages, Mandarin and Cantonese is an asset.
  • Hours of work Monday to Friday, 8am 5pm.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$17.00 per hour
