We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic internal communications intern to assist our human resources team in creating and implementing effective internal communication strategies and DEI initiatives.

Metso Outotec was created by combining Metso Minerals and Outotec on June 30, 2020. We are a frontrunner in global sustainable technologies, end-to-end solutions, and services for the aggregates, minerals processing, and metals refining industries.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist in the development and implementation of internal communication strategies.
Manage the internal communications calendar and ensure timely delivery of communication materials.
Assist with the planning and execution of internal events.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and develop content for internal communications.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in internal communication.

**Requirements**:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with content management systems.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Passion for internal communication and staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.
Bilingual in English and French.

**Responsabilités**:
Participer à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre de stratégies de communication interne.
Créer et modifier le contenu des canaux de communication interne, tels que les bulletins d'information, l'intranet et les communications par courrier électronique.
Gérer le calendrier des communications internes et veiller à ce que les documents de communication soient livrés en temps voulu.
Participer à la planification et à l'exécution d'événements internes.
Contrôler l'efficacité des initiatives de communication interne et en rendre compte.
Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles afin de recueillir des informations et d'élaborer du contenu pour les communications internes.
Se tenir au courant des tendances du secteur et des meilleures pratiques en matière de communication interne.

**Exigences**:
Vous poursuivez actuellement des études ou avez récemment obtenu un diplôme en communication, en relations publiques ou dans un domaine connexe.
Excellentes compétences en matière de communication et de rédaction.
Vous avez le souci du détail et êtes capable d'effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois dans un environnement où le rythme est soutenu.
Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office et connaissance des systèmes de gestion de contenu.
Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et en équipe.
Passion pour la communication interne et pour se tenir au courant des tendances et des meilleures pratiques du secteur.
Bilingue anglais-français.
