Muse Cannabis is currently seeking a Store Managerfor our Downtown Location.

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the store's operations including hiring, team building, KPIs and ensuring compliance while working collaboratively with other departments to ensure the store's success.

The ideal candidate is a proven leader with an interest in Cannabis and a passion for service and relationship building. A Store Manager possesses strong communication and problem solving skills, is committed to developing their team and fostering growth and is dedicated to learning and educating others on their cannabis journey.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations including inventory and merchandising needs to ensure our service excellence and conduct and store standards are being held at all times.
• In charge of hiring, onboarding and training all team members on work procedures and policies.
• Mentor and coach team through regular one-on-one, performance review and goal setting to ensure we are fostering growth
• Work collaboratively with other departments, including procurement, HR and Marketing to ensure store needs are met
• Create and manage schedules
• Build authentic relationships with our guests and lead the team to create an exceptional guest experience.
• Champion team building activities and education opportunities for their team
• Comprehend, apply, follow and enforce guidelines as required by industry regulations
• Ensure health & safety and cleaning standards are being upheld at all times
• Deal with guest's requests or complaints in a professional and respectful manner.
• Driving store level KPI's and overall results. Understand sales reports and communicate with the team to identify sales trends and inventory requirements

Work requirements:

• A valid Selling it right.
• Working Cannabis knowledge and a passion for the industry
• Retail management experience, preferably in the legal Cannabis industry is an asset
• Passion for developing people
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
