Dear Music Teachers,

The Canadian Mobile Music School offers Virtual and in-home private music lessons in the Montreal area. The school was created by music teacher, Juanita Velez. Our lessons are offered by a group of professional musicians with different musical training and backgrounds. Our lessons are child-centred educational, creative, and fun They place learning and creativity at the forefront.

A child-centred and holistic approach with the goal of encouraging children to develop an inner sense of musical understanding and a greater understanding of themselves, relationships and the world around them.

Our mission:

We understand the role that creativity plays in the development and well-being of children, adolescents and, even us, adults.

Our lessons are created to help our students learn how to play/ sing properly by fostering self-awareness, self-expression and self-compassion.

What we look for:

• Availabilities during the week after school hours (3:00 pm 7:00 pm)
• English language speakers and / or bilingual
• Availability to travel in the Montreal area.
• Prior experience teaching is preferred but not required.
• A passion for education and music.
• A reliable, punctual and respectful individual.
• Keeping with their responsibilities in the calendar system of the school.
• Reporting to the parents and the school staff.
