Job Overview:


As a Call Center Representative/Customer Service agent for our fence contracting company, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers.

You will handle inquiries, provide information about our products and services, process orders, and address any concerns or issues customers may have.


Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

Providing information about our fence products and services to potential customers.

Assisting customers with scheduling appointments for consultations and installations.

Collaborating with the sales team and field technicians to ensure excellent customer service.


Qualifications:

High school or general equivalency diploma.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Basic computer skills.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly telephone manner.


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
$22.40-$26.60 per hour

Expected hours: 18 per week
