Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team.
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations and ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of all equipment and systems within our facility.
This is a leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to supervise a team.
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform repairs as needed
- Fabricate or modify parts as necessary
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and equipment history
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize downtime
- Manage projects related to equipment upgrades or installations
Experience:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Familiarity with reading schematics and technical drawings
- Proficiency in project management principles
- Knowledge of low voltage systems, HVAC, and other facility systems
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent problemsolving skills
- Strong leadership abilities

$85,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
