***The Implementation Specialist position will lead and participate in the implementation of our commercial software products by performing technical configurations and customer specific deployments for the scope of services ordered. You will interact with customers, technical support resources, pre-sales and other technical leaders to implement solutions for our customers. You will demonstrate the ability to be a self-starter and perform well under pressure while successfully meeting business objectives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project management of entire scope of implementation, coordinating internally and with the customer to deliver on agreed to schedule.
Perform remote setup and configuration following best practices detailed in Standard Operation Procedure (SOP), Start-Up Assistance (SUA), Statement of Work (SOW), and presales configuration documentation.
Develop and maintain detailed technical knowledge of the specifications and operation of Kodak Workflow software products including software packages, cloud and virtualized environments.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

Demonstrated strong project management skills and the ability to see projects from inception to completion
Customeroriented experience related to software support in the Graphic Arts/printing environment, or related technical field.
Advanced ability to analyze and solve problems with good troubleshooting methodology, ability to identify root causes and find workarounds.
Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills
