About the Hotels:
Embassy Suites by Hilton Montreal:
The Embassy Suites by Hilton Montreal Airport is a 162 All Suites, full-service hotel, owned and operated by Easton's Group of Hotels.
A Montreal Airport Hotel with a full-service Restaurant and Bar "Rendez-Vous De L'Ouest" and two meeting rooms, within walking distance from Fairview shopping mall and many restaurants in the area.
Ideal for long-term stays and large groups, as well as very corporate-oriented.FUNCTION / PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Complete all functions related to night audit, front desk/reservations and other tasks as asked by the department.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Offer support and assistance in the following areas:
- Ensure 100% Guest Satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain all company policies and procedures.
- Completion of administrative work as assigned.
- Dealing with Guest Relations.
- Front desk/reservation duties as scheduled.
- Duties associated with the night audit and also check inn checkout, reservations, guest accounting, cashiering, closeday procedures, emergency procedures.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year experience at the front desk or a diploma in hotel studies
- Ability to deal with all levels of management and staff in a professional manner.
- Knowledge team building.
- Proficient / familiarity with computerized systems (OnQ would be an asset).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Flexibility of hours available to work and in duties performed.
- Must be available to work on weekends, statuary holidays, NIGHT SHIFTS
- Accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
- Proven ability to work within deadlines and to manage multitasked assignments.
- Use of common sense and good judgement.
- Bilingualism: French and English.
