Shipper/Receiver
Since 1977 we have proudly been supplying the construction industry with quality products and superior customer service.

Therefore, we believe a shipper/receiver who is motivated to learn, committed to accuracy and who uses first-rate customer service would fit well in our organization.

A positive, can do attitude would be ideal.

Experience in Shipping/ Receiving and/or experience in the construction industry would be assets.

Expectations
- learn the products names, weights, handling, label and storage requirements
- verify condition of products received, unpack and organize products correctly
- report receipt of damage goods immediately to management
- pick, pack, stage and ship products correctly
- prepare and complete appropriate documentation for shipping / receiving as required
- maintain a safe, clean and well-organized warehouse
- perform physical inventory count and cycle counts
- ensure the warehouse is clean and well organized
- deliver goods to and from the warehouse as required
- assist in other warehouse duties as required

Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalency
- previous experience in a warehouse
- highly organized and detail orientated
- excellent problem-solving skill
- strong verbal and written communication
- able to lift 50-80 pounds (22.7 kg to 36.3 kg)

able to bend, squat, push or pull below the waist
able to operate a forklift
- transportation of dangerous goods training (TDG)
