Paraide Healthcare Inc., a rapidly growing company in the Home Healthcare Industry, is searching for someone bilingual, dynamic, and looking for a new challenge to fill the position of Client Care Coordinator.

Duties include:
Answering phones, Scheduling and Dealing with problems that arise Experience in Homecare an asset.

Responsibilities:

Answering all incoming telephone inquiries while providing excellent customer service
Be available to support customers as well as employees for emergencies and nonemergencies during scheduled nighttime hours
To assist in the daytoday coordination of the care hours including arranging for emergency cover when required
Maintaining computer system up to date at all times
Time management and organizational skills are essential to ensure you meet the targets set to you

Qualifications:

Bilingual
French and English
Computer skills including Microsoft Office
Strong decision making and problemsolving skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Capacity to multitask with accuracy
