12 Volt Truck Wiring Assembler
Full-time job

Transway Systems is a leading vacuum tank manufacturer that is engaged in the development, design and sales of hydro excavation trucks, vacuum trucks, water trucks, and industrial vacuum equipment worldwide.

We are currently seeking 12 Volt Truck Wiring Assemblers for our day shift.

Job Duties

Reading and following manufacturing standards and instructions;
Assembling, fitting and installing prefabricated parts to form subassemblies or finish products using hand and power tools;
Positioning, aligning and adjusting parts for proper fit and assembly;
Operating cranes and transporting or positioning larger parts as needed;
Install wiring, and troubleshooting 12 volt electrical systems;
Interpreting electrical schematics;
Running wire through chassis frame, installing junction box and wires to completion;
Safely tap into chassis fuse box to provide power to Transway Components;
Diagnose and connect to chassis wiring;
Install and wire deutsch connectors.

Qualifications

Able to work effectively both as an individual and a team member;
Able to read and interpret CAD drawings and instructions;
Provide their own tools, sockets and wrenches up to 1";
Prior experience in pneumatics, truck wiring, truck mechanics and assembly is an asset;
Must be mechanically inclined;
Must include a date and location of graduation on your resume.
