Job Purpose;
With day-to-day supervision, carries out a broad variety of assigned tasks in a highly structured, repetitive LEAN environment.

Key is to demonstrate a broad number of tasks well, and repeat these tasks as required, to produce a high volume of quality product in the shortest possible time, to maintain aggressive production schedules.

Is flexible to work on various products and processes within the manufacturing operation, dependent upon the need within the production schedule.

Nature of Duties;

  • Independently test according to process documentation
  • Understanding test Documents
  • Proper execution of Inventory control, cycle counting, and computer transactions.
  • Component or wire preparation
  • Reading wiring tables
  • Maintain and operate test fixtures and associated equipment per written test instructions
  • Print Labels ensure any printed labels are transacted to the correct planned order on tracker
  • Assist Engineers or Technicians by gathering requested information to help establish the root cause of problems, and determine corrective action
  • Work with Engineering to implement continuous improvement
  • SFDC material transaction capability
  • Participate in Lean (improvement) activities
  • Understand Control panel wiring and cubicle fabrication from mechanical/electrical drawings.
  • Reporting to Team Lead highlighting issues affecting daily plan.
  • Promote quality throughout the production process.
  • Maintain process disciplines at all times.
Education and Experience;

  • A minimum of at least 5 years' proven experience in inverter testing and wiring of both control and power panels to wiring schedules and drawings is essential.
  • Nationally recognized certification in the field of panel wiring/electronic engineering.
  • Certification to IPC 620
