Responsibilities:

• Prospect
• Gather contact details, followup frequently with potential customers, and maintain accurate client records.
• Credit Application Processing
• Submit paystubs to verify the customers' incomes.
• Coordinating Vehicle Selection
• Using specialized software, analyze the customer's creditworthiness and capacity to pay.
• With the help of software, generate suggestions for vehicle selection customized to the customer's needs, preferences, and financial capacity.
• Send vehicle selection suggestions to the customers along with payments and cost related to purchasing the suggested vehicles.
• Documentation
• Based on customer preferences, confirm the vehicle to be purchased and liaise with dealerships to prepare the bill of sale and document package.
• Ensure that all funding requirements are met and follow up on any deficiencies in a prompt manner.
• Delivery
• Ensure vehicle is scheduled to be delivered and transferred to client and the deal is booked with the respective lender and all documents have been received before allowing the vehicle to be released.

Qualifications:
Three years of automotive sales, lending, banking experience or equivalent
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Knowledge of financing and vehicle characteristics
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Sheets and Dealertrack
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field

The Automotive Sales Coordinator will work closely with the dealership and lending entities throughout the process of securing a car purchase.

It is imperative that they work independently and exercise good judgment when dealing with clients to avoid unnecessary confusion or misunderstandings.

Salary:
$31,200.00-$150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Windsor, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:
