JOB SUMMARY:


KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Develop social media strategy
  • Manage social media accounts
  • Develop social media posts
  • Engage with audiences on social media
  • Conduct social listening
  • Monitor trends
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • A strong understanding of social trends/climate, user behaviours and corporatesocial etiquette.
  • Proven experience launching and managing social media campaigns and profiles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • An understanding of global trade and/or import and export processes is helpful but not required.

WORK EXPERIENCE - MINIMUM REQUIRED:

  • 5 years of related experience
    EDUCATION:
  • Preferred: Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Marketing or Communication
