Due to continued growth, Brandt is currently looking to fill a Financial Analyst, Accounting Systems & Projects position in our Regina, SK location.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for the daytoday maintenance of the accounting systems, ensuring integration with the company's internal reporting tools, and providing support to the accounting teams
Assist with planning, testing and implementation of accounting system functionality improvements, to drive efficiencies for operations and accounting
Assist in the development and implementation of a new financial statement reporting tool for all divisions, and support the ongoing maintenance
Work in collaboration with the IT department on the development and maintenance of a database of financial and operational metrics to support reporting across the company
Along with operations and accounting teams, assist in development and maintenance of consistent KPI reporting across all divisions
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting to be used across the company.
Assist in the planning and implementation of improvements to the company's budget tool, and perform annual updates and maintenance required in advance of the budget cycle

Required Skills:

Experience working in an accounting setting with exposure to Accounting System Software rules
Experience working with Microsoft Power BI
Understanding of financial metrics and accounting
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Ability to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines
Solid analytical, attention to detail and problemsolving skills with drive for continuous improvement
