Responsibilities':
- Follow the Kitchen General Job Description;
- Check the area and restock as needed;
- Complete the prep list for the area;
- Check the temperature of all coolers, report and problems to your supervisor or management immediately;
- Check the quality of all the products in your area, report any problems immediately to your supervisor;
- Ensure all product is up to our standards;
- Stock the area with all the tools and equipment as needed;
- Maintain the stock levels of the area;
- Wipe all counters down with sanitizer when cleaning;
- Wash hands whenever they are not food safe;
- Keep all cleaning clothes in a pail of sanitizer when not in use, change the solution every 2 hours;
- Make all items that are called or that you have a chit for as quickly as possible;
- Make all items according to the assembly notes;
- Follow all portion control procedures;
- Ensure that only clean plates and utensils are used;
- Help other areas as needed;
- Ensure that the area is fully cleaned and stocked at the end of your shift.
Requirements:
Two (2) years experience working in a busy kitchen setting preferred not needed.
Full - time hours available 35-40 per week
Part - time hours available 15-20 per week

$16.00-$19.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Experience:
- Kitchen: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Food Safety Certification (preferred)
- WHMIS Certification (preferred)
