UI/UX Designer with Odoo experience(Must accept the project's price before a discovery call)
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to design two web forms inside Odoo platform and utilize it's drag and drop features to build the forms
Project:
Badil Academy — Student Enrollment Forms UX Design
- Project Background
The academy is hiring a UI/UX designer only to design the user experience and interface for the enrollment journey.
- Objective of the UI/UX Work
Feels consistent with the existing WordPress website
Minimizes friction for parents registering students
Clearly guides users through a two-step enrollment journey
Is optimized for mobile and desktop usability
- User Journey to Design
The designer will create UX/UI for two forms:
Flow 1 — Discovery Call Booking (Short Form)
User journey:
Parent clicks "Register Now / Book a Call"
Parent lands on enrollment page
Parent completes a short qualification form
Confirmation / next-step screen
Design focus:
Fast completion
Clear progress indication
High conversion rate
Minimal cognitive load
Flow 2 — Student Registration (Detailed Form)
After qualification, parents complete a longer registration form.
Design focus:
Logical grouping of information
Multi-step or progressive layout
Clear navigation between steps
Reduce overwhelm for long forms
- UI/UX Responsibilities (Freelancer Scope)
The freelancer will be responsible ONLY for:
UX Design
User flow mapping
Page structure and layout
Form step logic and grouping
Friction reduction and usability optimization
UI Design
High-fidelity designs in Figma (or equivalent)
Visual consistency with Badil Academy branding
Typography, spacing, and component system
Mobile-first responsive layouts
Design Deliverables
Discovery Call Form design
Student Registration Form design
Success / confirmation screens
Navigation back to main website
Component styles for developers to implement
Fixed Price only
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
