Description

• Emptying trash bins and disposing of waste materials in accordance with facility protocols.
• Assisting with laundry duties, including collecting, sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and other items as needed.
• Dusting surfaces, including desks, tables, chairs, shelves, and other furniture, to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
• Vacuuming carpets and rugs to remove dust, dirt, and debris, ensuring floors are clean and presentable.
• Mopping hard floors with appropriate cleaning solutions to maintain cleanliness and prevent slip hazards.
• Cleaning washrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures, to ensure hygiene standards are maintained.
• Cleaning kitchen areas, including countertops, sinks, appliances, and floors, to ensure hygiene standards are maintained.
• Monitoring and replenishing cleaning supplies and materials to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
• Adhering to safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning tasks to minimize risks and hazards.
• Reporting any maintenance issues or concerns to the facility management team promptly.
• Collaborating with other staff members to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for facility occupants and visitors.

• Proven experience in cleaning and janitorial roles, preferably in a multidisciplinary facility or similar environment.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals used in commercial cleaning operations.
• Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety protocols effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy objects, and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends.
