We're building a SaaS platform for home service companies that connects to their VoIP system, analyzes call data, onboards sales reps, and runs a full revenue intelligence engine — all in one setup flow.

We need a high-level product-focused web team (designer + developer or full-stack expert) to build:


  • A minimal, high-converting homepage
  • A one-step setup flow (OAuth + onboarding wizard)
  • A real-time dashboard that lights up with live data
  • A 20-appointment free tier with a smart paywall (degraded state, not hard lockout)
  • Full funnel analytics tracking
This is not a marketing website project. It is a product-driven funnel where the software itself is the conversion engine.



The Core Experience


A user:
1. Clicks one button
2. Connects their VoIP system (OAuth)
3. Adds their sales reps
4. Waits ~2 minutes
5. Sees their real revenue leakage from live call data
6. Uses the product for 20 real appointments
7. Converts to $350/month per rep

Everything activates at once. No feature gating. No phased unlocks.

We need this built cleanly, fast, and with strong UX logic.

One-Step Setup Flow (Under 5 Minutes)

Single wizard with progress bar:
Step 1 – VoIP OAuth connection
Step 2 – Add sales reps (skippable)
Step 3 – Owner info + trade selection
Step 4 – Optional manager invite

Must feel seamless and fast.



Diagnostic Engine


  • Pull 30 days of call data

If you have experience building SaaS onboarding funnels that convert inside the product, that is a major plus.

  • Have built SaaS onboarding flows
  • Understand activation metrics and conversion psychology
  • Can build dashboards that feel premium and fast
  • Have experience with API integrations (especially telephony / CRM)
  • Think in systems, not just pages
